Please be sure you have the following documents:
Valid License or State IDs SS Cards
All W2s and/or 1099sPrevious year tax return if you did not use us the prior year.
Dependent(s) Information (Name, DOB, SSN)
All business invoices of wages received or paid out.
Paid expenses, receipts Mileage Logs, Work Logs, etc.
Form 1098-T if applicable (Tuition Expense)
Form 1095-A if applicable (Marketplace)
Form 1099-R (401K Withdrawal)
Any forms received for (Gambling, SS/Disability, Etc.

Hello, all Clients, this contract is provided in the hopes of being transparent about the services that will and will not be offered moving forward each tax year. Please read and be sure to understand all the points mentioned before deciding to use our services for this tax season! Hopefully after clearly understanding what our company can and cannot provide for you; you will choose us for your tax service needs.
Our fees are NOT one set fee!
Although we do our best to be competitive our fees are not set in stone.
We determine your fee based on the amount of complexity of your return.
This means that last year’s price is not necessarily going to be this year’s price!
We can give you a general idea of what we will charge to submit your return prior to submission.
This will only be a guestimate; you will know the exact fees once your signature documents are sent to you.
Before submission to the IRS
BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR FEE AND WHAT IS INCLUDED PRIOR TO SIGNING YOUR TAX DOCUMENTS!
The fee being charged includes the following:
One on One review of your yearly expenses.
Including answering any of your tax questions.
Input and submission of your tax documents and return to the IRS.
Providing you with copies of all documents submitted.
Audits
We will store copies of all supporting documentation provided by you for easy access for up to 3 years in case of an audit.(Email documentation/proof to [email protected])
Documentation can be sent to you upon request.
Audit protection is provided by our 3rd party team of lawyers. The audit protection only applies to your federal return, not state.
This fee is mandatory and deducted from each return. Contact information for the 3rd party will be included with your tax documentation. So please review all of your documents.
Please ensure that all information provided by you concerning the filing of your taxes is accurate and verifiable. Should you get audited this information would need to be submitted to the 3rd party team by you, for them to assist you with your audit.
What is NOT included!

Production of documentation
If you are unclear about this one, we will not produce documentation that you have not provided to us for use on or with your tax return.
We will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding documentation that can be used to support your tax return.
We can also assist in providing templates and examples upon request.
We will NOT manufacture any information on your behalf, for the purpose of assisting you with an audit.
Please make sure the information you submit on Our provided tax questionnaire is truthful and accurate.
We will not add to your deductions for you.
You will need to ensure that the information you provide to us in writing is sufficient for your tax preparation.
Amendment of tax return (for any year)
This is a separate fee and process.
Fees will vary based on complexity and are to be paid in advance.
Status updates on your tax return
Once your return is submitted to the IRS it is YOUR responsibility to keep up with the current status by utilizing the “Where’s My Refund” link on IRS.gov.
